I don't dislike Ron Paul, and certainly wouldn't bitch if he saved a family member from fire (my grandmothers have passed on). But he's been a race-baiter his entire career, and he opposes every single advancement in the history of American civil rights. Some Paul supporters recognize that, and support him anyway. Many others, like Stormfront, recognize that and support him BECAUSE of it. And still others live in complete and abject denial, like ostriches with their heads buried in the sand.

No, I'm being realistic and choosing my battles. There were just 4 or 5 of us that had strong rebuttals. Ron Paul could pull your sick grandmother out of a burning building, and you would bitch that he didn't put the fire out. You don't like the guy, and that's your right. You stretch and spin the facts as much as anyone to try to make your point, and refuse to listen to us when we answer your questions. So there you have it. This is the last crumb you're getting from me.

No other nation on Earth had 4 million slaves owned by racists who would not have surrendered them for ANY amount of money, and seceded and started a war to avoid even talking about emancipation. Paul knows this as well as everyone else. If Lincoln didn't go to war, the South would remain a separate nation to this day, slavery would have continued for decades or centuries longer, and segregation would continue today. Paul thinks that's great; We the People say No to that, and No to Ron Paul.

And even if Dr. Paul made a mistake, and they could not do that, it doesent mean that he hates blacks! He stood by their rights today! He just made a history mistake. Ignorant fuck!

There weren't better ways of freeing the slaves. The South seceded before Lincoln ever took office, and started firing on Union troops. It was either go to war and free the slaves---both of which Paul opposes!---or allow the South to secede and hold other human beings in bondage for as long as their black, racist hearts desired. Lincoln made the right choice, the moral choice, the only choice. Only a sick, degraded bastard would oppose it.

Hey, RPHB, I seem to see you everywhere discrediting Ron Paul. However, Paul didn't say it was wrong to free the slave he said there were better ways of freeing the slaves.

Paul did not win a single caucus. You're lying. He lost NV by 37 points. He finished dead last in the Louisiana primary, with 5 percent of the vote. Huckabee won with 43%, and McCain finished second with 42%.

He went on Meet the Press (part of the media blackout, don't you know!) and told Tim Russert that the EP was wrong, that Lincoln was wrong to free the slaves.
